Sweet Dreams History
Established in 1988, Sweet Dreams has been manufacturing beds and mattresses at its site in Burnley, UK for over 25 years. Alongside its core operation, the Company also produces a range of home and bedroom furniture including a wide selection of TV beds, adjustable beds, kids' beds, bed frames, headboards and a range of guest bed solutions, including sofa beds and futons.
Sweet Dreams was one of the first companies to introduce side-opening ottoman divan beds to the market and continues to release new innovative products onto the market today, including its own exclusive spring system, Sleepzone®.
The Sleepzone® spring system contains twice as many springs as traditional open spring bonnell units, promoting individual sleeping comfort. The SleepZone range of divan beds can be seen in the SleepZone and Opulence collections which include the Amethist Memory, the Bethanie Memory, the Francesca, the Gabriela Gel, the Heather, the Justine Latex and Petra Firm and Tara Firm beds.
The company also produces a number of open spring beds in its Ortho and Comfort collections including the Grampian, Chequers, Highbury and Pemberley divan beds.
Various storage options such as drawers or ottoman bases are available on all Sweet Dreams open spring beds. A number of these open coil divans also come with coordinating base and headboard fabrics for that extra touch of class.
Sweet Dreams offer a 12 month guarantee on all its beds, and as an NBF (National Bed Federation) Approved Member and supporter of the Sleep Council, you can have complete confidence in your new Sweet Dreams bed.
